Human experience unfolds within systems. Family bonds, friendships, professional environments, communities, institutions, and cultures create networks of relationships where experiences, loyalties, beliefs, and emotional responses circulate through time. 

Each human life develops inside these exchanges, carrying influences from family history, early attachment, childhood mandates, inherited narratives, and the environments where development takes place.

Family Constellations offers a way to observe these dynamics through phenomenology and lived experience where attention is placed on what emerges in the field through gaze , sensations, connnection, body responses and emotions,  

Through this observation, hidden dynamics within families and relational networks become available.

The Systemic Facilitators Training Program introduces this work through an integrative approach that brings together the philosophy of Bert Hellinger and the developments of New Family Constellations with complementary perspectives that study human behavior and relational processes. 

Throughout the program we work with systemic principles, family history exploration, Transactional Analysis, belief structures, body awareness, family tree analysis, biodecoding perspectives, HeartMath coherence practices, and experiential approaches such as somatic experiencing.

The program unfolds over six months through weekly live sessions. Each class combines conversation, experiential exercises, constellation demonstrations, and exploration of real situations brought by the participants. 

This environment allows participants to observe how systemic dynamics appear in different life contexts and how similar patterns emerge across different personal histories.

The learning process combines study materials with experiential exploration. Participants receive guides, readings, and recorded sessions through the educational platform, allowing them to revisit the material and continue integrating the knowledge between classes.

• Connection with something greater and the inner wisdom of the body through the three centers
   
• Morphic and morphogenetic fields, including the first steps of the constellator, preparation, dialogue with the inner guide, and internal check
   
• The language of the field, the role of representatives, and healing sentences
   
• The forces of love, including assent, belonging, exchange, and hierarchy
   
• The systemic energy of parents, seeing parents as a unity, and taking the parents as the force that created existence
   
• Emotional life from a systemic perspective, including overwhelming and disproportionate emotions and the adult’s relationship to them
   
• Beliefs, life script, and reptilian brain patterns
   
• The family tree and the transgenerational perspective, including loyalties, blind love, entanglements, dynamics, compensation, and repetition
   
• Systemic implications in love and couple relationships
   
• Orders of abundance and the energy of money, including exploration of holographic DNA
   
• Orders of help, the role of the helper, countertransference, growth, and constellation capacity
   
• The essential and phenomenology, including the adult, interpretations, the seeker narrative, and trust in the field
   
• Anchoring techniques, reprogramming, resources, NLP, and hypnotic suggestions
   
• The systemic perspective on illness and health orders, including biological meaning, memorized biological cycles, and the secret code of symptoms
   
• Trauma, including meaningful project, inner child themes, structural dimensions, and ancestral dimensions
   
• Perpetrators, victims, guilt, abuse, and secrets
   
• Mental disorders, including depression, suicide, addictions, alcohol, and drugs
   
• Fertility from a systemic perspective, including miscarriages, embryos, IVF, and birth
   
• Overweight from a systemic perspective
   
• Understanding children’s difficulties through a systemic lens
   
• Group constellation sessions, including practical guide and practice
   
• Individual constellation sessions, including guide and practice
   
• Ethical integration and responsibility as part of individual practice
   
• Field work on a chosen topic through one individual and one group constellation, submitted for written feedback
   
• Takeoff and integration, including destiny, mission, essence, and transferring to the collective
   

The training also includes five additional summer supervision sessions dedicated to continued practice, observation, and integration .

Each topic is explored through discussion, constellation work, and experiential practices that connect the theoretical material with real live situations.

The program is based on phenomenology and observation, using the body and relational interaction as instruments for exploration.

Participants engage in:

• constellation demonstrations and group practice
• systemic exercises connected to family history and relational patterns
• body-based awareness practices
• conversations around systemic dynamics
• supervision and feedback during constellation practice

The group itself becomes part of the learning environment, allowing participants to witness how similar dynamics appear in different systems and life stories.

Participants receive access to an online educational platform containing:

• theoretical guides and readings
• recorded classes and constellation demonstrations
• exercises for personal exploration
• recommended materials that accompany each topic

These resources allow participants to review the material and continue their exploration throughout the program.

The training includes approximately:

• 24 live online weekly sessions  over six months
• around 90 lessons distributed across the program
• approximately 100 hours of study and integration of materials
• approximately 60 hours of live sessions and constellation practice

Participants also complete a final written integration and a recorded practical exercise based on a real case.

Participants entering the program become part of an international learning community where systemic practitioners share observations, questions, and experiences.

The program includes access to:

• the Soulful Awakening Tribe community sessions
• a student consultation chat
• invitations to online constellation workshops
• invitations to in-person workshops in Miami
• five annual summer practice sessions dedicated to constellation work

These spaces allow continued exploration, practice, and dialogue with other students and practitioners.

Participation in this program represents a voluntary commitment to personal exploration and systemic study.

The experiences and information shared throughout the training serve educational purposes related to systemic awareness and human development. They do not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.

Enrollment secures a limited place in the training group. Upon registration, participants receive access to course materials and resources.

Due to the limited number of places and the immediate access to training materials, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

Upon issuance of registration for the training program, it is understood that participants are securing a limited spot, as the program is open to only 10 people. 

Once registered, participants gain access to downloadable training materials. 

Due to the limited availability and the provision of immediate access to training resources, no refunds will be accepted after registration. THIS IS A NO EXCEPTION CLAUSE 

Participants acknowledge that payment is non-refundable, and any withdrawal or inability to attend the program will not entitle them to any refund.
