YES to all as it is, and to everyone as they are.

Thank you to all as it is, and to everyone as they are.

I am grateful for my life as it is, and I allow myself to be as I am.

I am grateful for the abundance that surrounds me.

I receive everything that comes my way as an opportunity for greater love.

I yield to what I do not understand.

I love each person as they are,
Even those who evoke fear, anger, or repulsion in me.

In those who have harmed me, I recognize a part of myself.

The harm I have caused, I take responsibility for and seek to repair.

I respect the primacy of those who came before me; I bow before my elders.

I honor the universe, nature, plants, and animals.

From my place, neither more nor less,

I surrender myself to those who come after, to the new, to the priority of the new.

Driven by unconditional gratitude to my parents and to my surroundings,

I return what I have received through service to others.

Aware of my imperfection, of my greatness, and of my responsibility,

Here, now,

I embrace my life and give myself to love.

I choose joy.
